Women's Boxing Near Sidcup
Honour and Glory Boxing Club runs a dedicated women's boxing class every Saturday morning at 122 Broad Walk, Kidbrooke, SE3 8ND. From Sidcup it is an 18-minute drive, and free parking is available at the gym.
The class runs from 10:30am to 12pm. It is women-only and coached specifically for that group. Sessions cost £10 with no contract and no joining fee.
What the Saturday Class Covers
The Saturday session is not a fitness class with boxing gloves attached. It is proper boxing coaching: technique, combinations, pad work, and bag work. The fitness element is built into the training rather than bolted on.

You will work on your stance, guard, and movement from the first session. As you progress, the combinations and conditioning develop alongside your technique.
Who Attends
The women who train at H&G on Saturdays come from a wide range of backgrounds. Some are complete beginners. Others have trained before and want a regular session at a club with proper credentials.
No previous experience is needed to join. The coaches are used to working with new members alongside those who have been coming for months.
The Safety and Coaching Standard
All coaches hold BBBofC licences. The club is ABA affiliated. These are the governing body standards for boxing in England and they apply to every session, not just competitive training.
The gym has a 4.9-star rating on Google from over 40 reviews, and the women's class is consistently one of the best-reviewed aspects of the club.
Why Not a Regular Gym
A general gym gives you equipment. A boxing class gives you structure, technique, and progression. The difference shows within weeks. You develop real skill, your fitness improves with purpose, and there is a social dimension that a solo gym session cannot replicate.
For women in the Sidcup area who want a Saturday morning that is genuinely worth the effort, this is one of the better options in south east London.
Members from Welling and Eltham attend the Saturday class regularly. The 18-minute drive from Sidcup puts you in the same catchment.
