This is a working boxing gym. The focus is on coaching quality and member development, not marketing.

Session Types Available

• Recreational adults: Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 7:30pm to 9pm, £10 per session
• Women's boxing: Saturdays 10am to 11am, £10 per session
• Junior Recreational: Ages 7 to 16, Mon/Wed/Fri from 5pm
• Junior Competitive: Ages 10 to 16 when ready for the committed pathway, Mon/Wed/Fri from 5pm
