Session Types Available

• Recreational adults: Monday to Friday, 7:30pm to 9pm, £10 per session
• Women's boxing: Saturdays 10:30am to 12pm, £10 per session
• Kids infants: Ages 5 to 9, weekday evenings from 5pm
• Kids juniors: Ages 10 to 16, weekday evenings from 5pm
