The Session

The class runs from 10am to 11am. You will cover technique: the correct way to punch, how to use your feet, pad work with a partner, bag work. The coaching is active throughout the session, not just at the start.

Who Trains in This Class

The women's session at Honour and Glory draws from across south east London, including from Blackfen, Sidcup, and Eltham. Experience levels vary considerably. Some members have been training for years; others are in their first few sessions. The coaching adjusts to both ends of that range.

There is no pressure to spar. The session is designed around pad work and bag work. Contact sparring is available for those who want it and are ready for it; it is never part of the standard class without consent.
