The Saturday Session

Women's boxing runs every Saturday from 10:30am to 11:30am. The session costs £10. No contract, no joining fee, no commitment beyond the session you are attending.

The class covers technique on the pads and bags, footwork, combinations, and conditioning work. The format is structured rather than freestyle. You will be coached through each element rather than left to figure it out alone.
