The Saturday morning session at Honour and Glory is women-only and runs every week from 10:30am to 11:30am. The coaching is the same standard as every other class at the club.

Beckenham is 16 minutes from the gym. Free parking is on site. That makes Saturday morning boxing a genuinely practical option.

What the Class Involves

Sessions combine a warm-up, pad work, bag work, and conditioning. The structure changes week to week but the standard of coaching and the level of intensity stay consistent.

This is not a light exercise class. It is proper boxing training taught by ABA-qualified coaches. Women who train here learn real technique and build real fitness.

All Levels Welcome

Whether you have trained before or have never put gloves on, the Saturday class is appropriate. Coaches work with members at their current level without making beginners feel behind or more experienced members feel held back.

The class has developed its own group identity over time. New members join a settled group with a productive working atmosphere.

The Gym

Honour and Glory is at 122 Broad Walk, Kidbrooke, London SE3 8ND. From Beckenham Junction the drive takes around 16 minutes via the A2. Free parking is available on site.

The club is ABA affiliated, has over 200 members, and holds a 4.9-star Google rating from more than 40 reviews. Founded in 2020, it is not a franchise or a chain.

Cost and Commitment

Sessions are £10. No contract, no joining fee, no direct debit. If Saturday works for you this week and not next week, that is fine. You pay for what you attend.
