How It Works

You pay for each session you attend. No direct debit, no joining fee, no minimum commitment, no cancellation notice required - because there is nothing to cancel.

• Recreational adults: £10 per session
• Juniors aged 10-16: £8.50 per session
• Infants aged 5-9: £8.50 per session
• Amateur competitive boxers: £5 per session

If you train twice a week, that is £20. If you take a month off for work reasons or a holiday, you spend nothing in that month. If you decide boxing is not for you after six sessions, you have spent £60 and you walk away without a fight.

At a contract gym on a 12-month term, the maths are different. A month of non-attendance on a contract still costs you the monthly fee.

Who Benefits from Pay-As-You-Go

Parents trying boxing for their child without committing to a direct debit for a 6-year-old who might change their mind after a month. This is a common situation and the pay-as-you-go model is built for it.

Shift workers and people with variable schedules. If your work pattern means you cannot guarantee two sessions every week, paying per session is economically rational.

People who have been burned by gym contracts before. The scar tissue from a gym that charged you for eight months while you were not attending is real. Pay-as-you-go removes the risk entirely.

Beginners who want to try before committing. The first session is free. After that, you pay per session until you decide this is something you want to make a regular part of your life.

Honour and Glory is at 122 Broad Walk, Kidbrooke, SE3 8ND - 10 to 12 minutes from Lee. Lee station to Kidbrooke via Lewisham takes around 20 minutes. Free parking at the venue.

Sessions run Monday to Saturday from late afternoon, with open sessions on Sundays from 8:30am.
