Personal training is a separate lane from our core classes. It is for people who want dedicated coaching, more flexibility, or faster technical progress.

We offer both 1-to-1 and 2-on-1 sessions. If you want the full PT breakdown, go to the main hub and choose the format that suits you.

Choose your format

1-TO-1 OR 2-ON-1

We offer both private one-to-one sessions and shared two-on-one sessions. If you want a coach to yourself, book 1-to-1. If you want to train with a friend, partner, sibling or colleague, book 2-on-1.

1-on-1

Just you and the coach

Best for nervous beginners, technical corrections, fight prep, or anyone who wants the coach's full attention for the whole session.

2-on-1

One coach, two of you

Best for couples, friends, siblings, or colleagues who want to train together. You still get real coaching, but at a lower per-person cost.

£60 total

Usually £30 each. First session £30 total.

NERVOUS BEGINNERS

Want to learn the basics before walking into a group class? A couple of 1-2-1 sessions will give you the confidence to join in without feeling lost.

FIGHTERS IN CAMP

Preparing for a bout? 1-2-1 pads with a coach who knows your style, working on the specific skills you need for fight night.

BUSY SCHEDULES

Can't make the group sessions? Book a time that works for you. We offer 1-2-1s daily from 8am to 10pm by appointment.

KIDS & PARENTS

Private sessions for children who want extra attention, or parents who want to train alongside their kids.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Every session is different because every person is different. But a typical 1-2-1 might include:

A warm-up with shadow boxing and movement drills

Technical instruction on whatever you're working on - stance, combinations, defence, footwork

Pad rounds with the coach (this is where you really learn - instant feedback on every punch)

Bag work or conditioning, depending on your goals

A cool-down and conversation about what to work on between sessions

Sessions are typically 60 minutes. The coach will set goals with you and track your progress over time.
