What the Youngest H&G Class Covers
The Infants Boxing class is for ages 7-9.
Sessions focus on:
- coordination and balance
- listening and discipline
- basic stance and footwork
- pad work with coaches
- confidence through structured physical activity
There is no contact between children.
Why We Start at 7
We have found that 7 is the right minimum age for the format of the class. At that point, most children are better able to follow instructions, stay engaged, and get real value from the coaching.
Starting at the right age produces a better first experience than trying to bring children in too early.

- Age group: 7 to 9 years old
- Sessions: Tuesday and Thursday, 5pm to 6pm
- Cost: £8.50 per session. No contracts, no joining fee.

Honour and Glory Boxing Club
Honour and Glory is a boxing club in Kidbrooke, SE3 — 4 minutes from Greenwich by car, or 25 minutes by public transport (Bus 132). The club runs classes seven days a week for adults and children from age five, with no joining fee and no contract.
Head coach Anton Pattenden holds a British Boxing Board of Control trainer's licence — the same licence that governs professional boxing in the UK. Classes run from recreational fitness sessions through to amateur competition preparation. The first session is always free.
