Charlton station is on the Southeastern line, running into London Bridge and Charing Cross. Getting from there to Honour and Glory in Kidbrooke by train involves a change at Lewisham, which adds time and complications to the journey. Honestly, most people coming from Charlton drive.
By car, head south on the A102 Blackwall Tunnel Approach and pick up the A2 towards Eltham. Exit at Kidbrooke - the gym is on Broad Walk, and there is free parking on site. Door-to-door from SE7, you are looking at 10 minutes in normal traffic.
If you prefer public transport, the 486 or 177 bus will get you there in around 35 minutes. Put on some music, enjoy the ride, and arrive ready to train.

Honour and Glory Boxing Club
Honour and Glory is a boxing club in Kidbrooke, SE3 — 10 minutes from Charlton by car, or 35 minutes by public transport (Bus 486/177). The club runs classes seven days a week for adults and children from age five, with no joining fee and no contract.
