Our Boxers at Balham Open Tournament

Our team headed to Balham Boxing Club on Saturday for their open tournament, and it was a brilliant day of boxing.

The event was held at Balham ABC on Cavendish Road, with doors opening at 2pm and bouts kicking off at 3pm. It is always good to get our boxers out competing - there is no substitute for real ring experience.

These events are what all the hard work in the gym is for. When you see our boxers step through the ropes at a club show, you are seeing the result of months of training, discipline and dedication.

Want to Compete?

If you have been training with us and fancy testing yourself in competition, speak to Anton or one of the coaches. We will assess where you are at and start preparing you for your first bout when the time is right.

Club shows and open tournaments run throughout the year across London and the South East. We are always looking for opportunities to get our boxers matched.

Not ready to compete? That is absolutely fine - plenty of our members train purely for fitness and never step in the ring. But if the bug bites, we are here to guide you through it.
