WHY BOXING IS BRILLIANT FOR CHILDREN

Boxing teaches children discipline, respect, and resilience in a way that most sports cannot. Every session near Peckham builds physical fitness alongside mental toughness. Our infants programme (ages 5 to 9) focuses on coordination, listening skills, and having fun. Juniors (ages 10 to 16) develop real boxing technique with structured pad work and conditioning.

Our coaches are DBS checked, BBBofC licensed, and experienced at working with young people. We keep class sizes manageable so every child gets genuine attention and coaching. Parents are welcome to watch from the viewing area.

Children who train consistently often see improvements beyond the gym. Better focus at school, improved confidence with peers, and a healthy outlet for energy. Many of our junior members started with zero sporting background and are now competing at regional level.
